Ireland Lights Up 2026
Cappataggle’s Ireland Lights Up walks starts on Sunday 11th January, 2026.
This is a community walk, twice per week, for 5 weeks.
Cappataggle’s Ireland Lights Up takes place at the Astroturf pitch on Sunday’s, 12.00 Noon, and Wednesday’s 7.30pm.
It starts with a gentle warm up for shoulders, spine, hips, knees and ankles, followed by a 2.5km walk (25 mins) or 5km walk (50 mins).
This activity is for everybody in the community, regardless of age, ability or fitness. It is a healthy and social activity, so we encourage everybody to come along and start the new year in a positive way.
